Communication is a process of transferring information from one to another and is possible only when the sender expresses the idea, expression, feeling, message etc. in an understandable manner because everyone processes information in their own mind, due to which no one can usually tell what is going on in someone else’s mind, if someone wants to tell or ask, they must communicate through some understandable manner.
The sender encodes the information in some understandable mode/way and if the receiver can understand the encoded mode/way, then that encoded information is decoded by the receiver, so the right mode/way should be used to transfer the information.
